Thanks to the use of webinar platforms (software that allow you to deliver any online event via internet), the webinar offers the comfort of staying at home or in the office combined with the effectiveness and interactivity typical of in presence training.

Coaching on line

Each coaching session/path can also be carried out online, creating a virtual space where the coach and the coachee meet up through the support of platform like Zoom or Skype. Online coaching offers several advantages: it can save energy, time and money by avoiding travels, it offers the opportunity to live the coaching experience even when coaches and coaches are at a great distance from each other, choosing more sustainable timelines and methods

I support my clients in the development of soft skills, following them in a learning path tailored to their needs and their specific context

I stimulate my coachees to observe reality from different points of view, in order to help them find new beliefs and more functional strategies to achieve their professional and personal goals

I help teams to manage dysfunctional changes and dynamics, empowering the skills of individuals and teams, generating systemic learning that leads them to new and exciting challenges

Coaching is my passion, a love which is focused on the needs of others. As a coach I am committed to creating a strong partnership with clients, to follow them and accompany them in their professional challenges and personal changes. I dedicate myself to the planning and delivery of Executive Coaching and Team Coaching programmes and training sessions regarding Leadership and reinforcing Soft Skills for small and large companies as well as Multinationals, both at national and international levels. I am PCC certified by the International Coaching Federation, in which I have volunteered and operated as a Southern Area Leader. I am an active speaker in international conferences on coaching and on human resources, playing a part in spreading the culture of coaching around the world, sharing my experiences while gaining new insights from different cultures and approaches
